Chef Vassilis will welcome you with a drink and brief you on the authentic Greek Cuisine, followed by a quick exploration of the restaurant. Before the lesson, the guests will visit for 10 minutes the following door field to get familiar with the herbs and vegetables that are grown locally (no collection on their own). During the lesson, you will try new flavors of cheese and wine. Chef Vassilis will inform you of the recipes’ history and explain and guide you in preparing authentic meals and modern versions. In the end, you will enjoy lunch of what you have prepared and cooked on your own! Alcohol and drinks are not included in the rate.
